Finatal is partnering with a multisite private equity backed business generating £300m turnover that has gained investment from a well-known large cap fund. They are looking to expand personal within Europe and the UK to support this growth.
Successful candidates will have strong multisite and PE experience, having worked within a scaling business. Finatal has a strong established relationship with this fund, having placed 10 candidates within the fund’s portfolio companies in the last year.
Responsibilities
- Providing financial insights and analysis which can advise future business strategies.
- Running a yearly audit at the end of the financial year.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and compliance with the relevant regulatory authorities.
- Managing and maintaining the general ledger, keeping a record of all financial transactions.
- Help the company towards an exit in the next 2 financial years.
Requirements
- Familiarity and experience within PE backed companies.
- Experience assisting a company towards an exit.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
