Finatal are partnering with a high-growth SaaS business based in London. The business is now seeking a Financial Controller to own the day-to-day finance function and build out the financial infrastructure required for their next phase growth.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and in-depth board packs and KPI reporting to senior management, assisting with the growth of the business.
- Lead revenue recognition, deferred income and contract accounting for a SaaS recurring-revenue model.
- Maintain strong balance-sheet integrity including reconciliations, accruals, working capital and controls.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-runway modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Qualified account (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, NRR) and revenue recognition.
- Previous experience Private Equity or Venture Capital backed environment.
- 3+ years post qualification experience.
