The Opportunity:
Finatal is partnered with a leading manufacturing and engineering company based in Dublin, specialising in large project-based revenue streams. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting their business through enhancing their financial processes, finance team development and preparing them for the next phase of expansion.
The role:
• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage and monitor large project-based revenue streams, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Manage the month-end close process
• Communicate financial performance and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee all external reporting requirements, including quarterly lender reporting, consolidated group accounts, and all statutory accounts.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller within a manufacturing or engineering business.
• Strong understanding of managing large project-based revenue.
• Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) are essential.
