Finatal is partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed Swedish international brand that specializes in sustainable, premium personal goods. The business is scaling rapidly through both B2B and D2C channels and entering its next phase of global expansion and operational maturity.
To support this growth, the company is strengthening its finance function to drive clarity, scalability, and sustainable commercial performance. We are seeking a Group Financial Controller to take ownership of financial control, reporting, and systems transformation—bringing structure and insight to a mission-driven company that combines sustainability with strong business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Control & Compliance: Lead end-to-end financial control across global
- operations, ensuring timely month-end close, audit readiness, and full statutory
- compliance.
- Reporting & Insights: Manage consolidation, board reporting, and performance
- analysis across multiple geographies and business units.
- ERP & Systems: Drive the rollout and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite,
- SAP) to support scalable, data-driven decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of
- excellence in governance and control.
- Commercial Partnership: Collaborate closely with commercial and operational teams
- to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Investor Relations: Serve as a key liaison with private equity sponsors, facilitating
- investor reporting and supporting value creation initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or international equivalent.
- Proven senior finance experience in a high-growth, international, consumer-facing
- business.
- Hands-on experience leading or contributing to ERP implementations (e.g., NetSuite,
- SAP).
- A genuine passion for sustainability and the consumer goods sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial
- environments.
- Fluent in English and Swedish is essential
