A dynamic, Private Equity-backed hospitality group is seeking a commercially astute and forward-thinking Group Head of FP&A to join its London-based leadership team. The business operates internationally, generating circa £200–£300m in revenue with an impressive EBITDA margin exceeding 40%. The Role:
Reporting directly to an experienced Private Equity CFO, the Group Head of FP&A will play a critical role in shaping and professionalising the financial planning and analysis function across the group. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on delivery.
Key responsibilities include:

- Enhancing data capability, insight, and clarity to support strategic decision-making
- Driving high-quality forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes across the group
- Acting as a key business partner to the Board, senior leadership team, and operational stakeholders globally
- Supporting M&A activity, including financial modelling, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration
- Building and leading a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
The Requirements:
- The successful candidate will be a qualified finance professional (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with a strong track record of FP&A leadership within a high-growth, international environment. Exposure to Private Equity-backed businesses is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience leading and developing FP&A functions in complex, multi-entity environments
- Background within hospitality or closely related sectors (e.g. leisure, food & beverage, education, or similar multi-site, consumer-driven models)
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making
- Proven experience improving financial systems, reporting, and data capabilities
- Exposure to M&A activity, including modelling and integration, is highly advantageous
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
This role requires a highly visible and engaged leader, with an expectation to be office-based in London five days per week (for the foreseeable future), playing a central role in driving the business forward.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth, well-capitalised international group at a pivotal stage in its journey, offering significant scope for impact, progression, and long-term value creation.
