We’re partnering with a high-growth SaaS business to find a Group Reporting Manager to take ownership of their consolidation and group reporting function. This is a newly defined role created as the business scales, offering genuine scope to shape processes and reporting frameworks from the ground up. You’ll sit at the heart of the finance function with direct exposure to senior leadership and the board.
The Role
- Own the end-to-end group consolidation process across multiple entities
- Prepare and deliver group management accounts, board packs and investor reporting
- Lead the preparation of statutory accounts and manage the year-end audit process
- Maintain and develop group accounting policies, ensuring technical compliance under IFRS or UK GAAP
- Work closely with subsidiary finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting across the group
- Drive continuous improvement in consolidation systems, tools and reporting processes
- Support on technical accounting matters, including intercompany eliminations, revenue recognition and FX
What we’re looking for
- ACA Qualified, ideally with a practice background
- Proven experience in a group reporting or consolidation role within a multi-entity structure
- Experience using NetSuite
- Strong technical accounting knowledge – comfortable with complex consolidation adjustments and intercompany reconciliations
- Experience in a SaaS or tech environment
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- A self-starter who is comfortable building and improving processes in a scaling business
