The Opportunity
Finatal is partnering with a lower mid-market private equity fund who require a Head of Finance for their c.100m t/o Managed Services business. The investors are in need of a hands-on individual to drive the professionalisation of the finance function in order to accommodate their expansion plans.
The responsibilities
- Manage and develop the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Tackle operational finance activities through the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.
- Lead M&A integration and related financial due diligence processes as the company grows.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.
The requirements
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Managed Services or a similar industry.
- Examples of leading change in a lean team.
- Proven ability to partner with senior executives to drive business performance.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
