Finatal is partnering with a PE backed manufacturing company based in central London, with an annual turnover of £100 million. A successful candidate will have previous experience within a PE environment or manufacturing focused company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning processes across the group.
- Advise and analyse the capital expenditure projects.
- Deliver monthly reporting packs to senior leadership/board.
- Build and develop a small, high-performing FP&A team with a culture of commercial curiosity, speed, and precision.
- Drive improvements in manufacturing efficiency and cost control.
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience with PowerBI, SAP and Oracle.
- A forward-thinking individual looking to help grow the business towards a successful exit.
