Finatal is currently seeking a Head of FP&A for a dynamic company based in Nürnberg. The ideal candidate will lead all financial planning and analysis functions, delivering strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team. You will oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives, while driving efficiency and accuracy. In this pivotal role, you will also mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team, collaborating cross-functionally to support business growth and long-term financial planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting
- 5+ years of experience (ideally from a Big4 audit firm)
- Strong knowledge of German accounting regulations (HGB) and IFRS
- Proven leadership
- Fluency in German and English.
