Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the exit preparation process, including financial modelling and strategic planning.
- Oversee the due diligence process, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute an exit strategy that maximizes value.
- Implement robust financial reporting processes to support decision-making.
- Provide guidance on operational improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Mentor and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Liaise with private equity investors and potential buyers to facilitate the sale process.
Requirements:
- ACA qualified preferred
- Proven experience as a Exit Support or similar senior finance role, preferably in a PE-backed environment.
- Strong understanding of exit processes, M&A, and transaction support.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Experience managing due diligence processes and collaborating with external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
