Finatal is working with an OP Partner that from a European Private Equity House that needs M&A support based in London. We are looking for a hands-on M&A consultant to support a portfolio CFO within a manufacturing business looking to exit in the next 6 months. Business. The focus will be on supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors and running several further projects for the CFO around the exit. You’ll work closely with the operating partner and CFO, extracting data from systems in order to produce financial models and aid the advisors on all financial questions. The role will require a small amount of travel, with a mixture of office work in London and the Midlands.
Ideally you’ll have a track record in:
- Big 4 transaction services (this is a must)
- FDD transactions
- Manufacturing businesses
- Financial modelling
- ACA
