Finatal are working with European Private Equity House that needs M&A support based in the Netherlands. We are looking for a hands-on M&A consultant to support a portfolio CFO within an services business looking to exit in the next 6-9 months. The focus will be on supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors and running several further projects for the CFO around the exit. You’ll work closely with the operating partner and CFO, extracting data from systems in order to produce financial models and aid the advisors on all financial questions. Ideally you’ll come from a big 4 transaction services/deals background.
Ideally you’ll have a track record in:
- Big 4 transaction services (this is a must)
- Running FDD
- Financial modelling
- Sell-side transactions
- Private Equity
