Finatal is working with a leading mid-market investor who require an experienced interim Finance Director to drive change throughout their European hospitality business that has been recently carved-out. This c.£5m t/o company is searching for a seasoned professional who will oversee a new value creation plan looking to grow revenue in line with investors buy and build strategy.
As number 1 in finance, you’ll be working closely with the investors to make crucial executive decisions and drive further change throughout the business in a highly leveraged environment. They are looking for an individual who can display a wide range of technical skills and is able to adopt a ‘hands-on’ approach to drive operations across multiple sites. One of your first tasks will be to overhaul AP and AR processes and implement a new ERP system. You will be responsible for building out the finance function from scratch, developing controls and processes to facilitate the business’s expansion.
