Role Overview
Finatal is working with a mid cap private equity fund that own a £250m t/o professional services business that are looking for an Interim Finance Director to help them on their buy and build strategy and work on group consolidation as well as get into the technical details and harmonise systems across the group. The role is London based and will require occasional travel within Europe. The ideal candidate will have a track record in private equity backed businesses of greater than £100m t/o, professional services, ACA qualified, harmonising systems, buy and builds, group consolidation.
