We are partnering with a PE-backed business services organisation that is entering a key phase of its growth journey. With a strong leadership team, ambitious value creation plans and the backing of a well-regarded private equity sponsor, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Interim Finance Manager to support the finance function during a period of continued expansion.
This is a highly visible role offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
- Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting
- Delivery of meaningful financial analysis and performance insights
- Business partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders
- Supporting board and investor reporting requirements
- Driving process improvements and strengthening financial controls
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and transformation initiatives
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant
- Strong management reporting, planning and forecasting experience
- Experience within a PE-backed, high-growth or changing environment is highly desirable
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business
