The Opportunity:
Finatal is currently partnering with a high-growth international private equity backed consultancy firm seeking a Financial Controller. This an exciting period to join an aspirational business within the services sector set to double its growth by the end of this year. This requires a hands-on individual with the ability to produce and generate high-level financial budgets, forecasts, and reports. In addition to business reconciliation.
The Role:
- Working closely with the CEO/CFO of a high-growth business
- Hands on candidate to develop the day-to-day finance function
- Supporting the month end reporting
- Delivering the budgeting and forecasting
- Ownership of cashflow management
- Improving the processes and controls for the business whist automating the reporting
- Ability and willing to take on any additional ad-hoc projects
The Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) qualified
- Experience of generating financial budget
- Ability to manage month-end and audit processes
- Experience of working in a high pressure and delivery focused environment
