We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Interim FP&A Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can quickly add value across a range of sectors.

As a key member of the finance function, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. You will be comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level, rolling up your sleeves to deliver insight and support business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic business decisions
  • Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting packs
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across finance and non-finance teams
  • Provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations
  • Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management
  • Drive process improvements and help establish best-in-class FP&A practices
  • Assist with scenario planning, business cases, and investment appraisals
  • Work hands-on with systems, data, and reporting tools to improve efficiency

About You

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in an FP&A Manager / Commercial Finance Manager / similar role
  • Strong hands-on approach with the ability to operate in the detail as well as the bigger picture
  • Experience working across multiple sectors or the ability to adapt quickly to new industries
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and hit the ground running in an interim capacity
  • Based in London and willing to travel as required

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or change/transformation environments
  • Exposure to ERP systems and BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Previous interim/contract experience preferred
