We’re partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed multisite group to appoint an experienced FP&A Manager on an initial 6-month contract.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys improving finance processes as much as delivering high-quality planning and analysis. Working closely with the Commercial Lead and senior leadership team, you’ll help enhance the FP&A function while supporting a complex, multi-site business through its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Improve and streamline FP&A processes, reporting and financial controls.
- Develop insightful management reporting, dashboards and KPI analysis.
- Partner with operational leaders across multiple sites to provide commercial financial support.
- Review existing planning models and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Support strategic projects, including investment appraisal and business performance initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, reporting and planning capabilities.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Strong FP&A background within a multi-site business.
- Experience in sectors such as education, healthcare, retail, leisure, hospitality or other operationally complex environments.
- Demonstrable track record of process improvement and enhancing finance functions.
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with FP&A systems such as Anaplan, Power BI, Adaptive Planning or similar would be advantageous.
