Following recent acquisitions and ongoing investment, the business is focused on improving forecasting capability, investor reporting, and commercial insight across a growing international footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Develop detailed financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Support private equity investor reporting and board packs
- Partner with operational leadership on commercial performance
- Drive scenario planning and growth analysis
- Support M&A and integration modelling
Requirements
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Strong FP&A and financial modelling experience
- Private equity-backed or high-growth experience preferred
- Healthcare, services, or multi-site experience advantageous
- Commercial, hands-on, and capable of operating at pace
