Finatal is working with a highly acquisitive, private equity-backed business undergoing rapid growth. Due to a large, high-priority transaction and the absence of a dedicated M&A resource, the business is seeking an Interim Head of M&A. The CFO, with a strong deals background, is focused on broader financial priorities and requires additional expertise to manage the M&A process effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of the current transaction, including due diligence, financial modeling, and deal structuring.
- Support the CEO and CFO in driving the M&A agenda while ensuring smooth execution of the deal process.
- Oversee and implement integration planning post-transaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Head of M&A in a private equity-backed business.
- Expertise in deal execution, including financial modeling, due diligence, and integration.
- Tech-enabled sector experience advantageous.
- European languages advantageous.
- ACA/CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
