Role Overview
Finatal is working with an OP Partner that from a European Private Equity House that needs an M&A Director for one of their portfolio assets, looking to scale via buy and build strategy. They are looking for someone with E2E M&A experience, ideally from a corporate finance background and then with industry experience in owning an M&A pipeline and executing deals in a PE environment. You’ll work closely with SLT and the PE house to execute on strategy. You’ll be based in London with some European travel required.
Ideally you’ll have a track record in
- Big 4 transaction services
- Owning and executing upon an M&A pipeline
- Recurring revenue based businesses or contract revenue based businesses
- PE-backed portcos
- ACA
