The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operating Partner to partner directly with CEOs and leadership teams on operational improvement, performance transformation and value creation initiatives.
This is a highly visible role sitting between the investor and portfolio companies, focused on identifying opportunities, implementing change and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
Unlike many value creation roles, this position places a strong emphasis on execution. The successful candidate will bring a track record of operational leadership and hands-on delivery rather than purely strategic or advisory experience.
Candidate Background
We are interested in individuals who combine strategic thinking with strong operational credibility.
Candidates are likely to have:
- Experience within private equity-backed or corporate environments.
- A background in top-tier consulting combined with industry experience.
- Direct exposure to CEOs, Boards and senior leadership teams.
- Experience leading value creation, operational improvement or transformation programmes.
- A proven ability to implement change and deliver measurable business results.
- Strong commercial acumen, with P&L exposure viewed favourably.
