Finatal is working with a leading, established global private equity and private credit fund seeking an experienced investor relations professional to join its close-knit and growing team. This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership across investor communications, reporting, fundraising support and relationship management, with significant exposure to senior leadership and a diverse international investor base.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership across a broad range of investor relations responsibilities, including:
  • Leading the preparation and delivery of high-quality investor presentations, fundraising materials and due diligence responses
  • Managing quarterly reporting, transaction announcements and other regular communications to investors
  • Supporting and, where appropriate, leading investor calls and meetings, coordinating follow-up and ensuring timely responses
  • Monitoring relevant market and industry developments and producing concise updates for senior management
  • Managing analytical and information requests from existing and prospective investors, working closely with investment, finance and legal teams
  • Developing thought leadership and investor communications in collaboration with members of the Management Committee
  • Maintaining accurate investor data, pipeline activity and reporting through the CRM system, with responsibility for data quality and process discipline
  • Leading the coordination and preparation of Annual Meeting materials and other key investor events

Requirements:

  • Relevant investor relations, fundraising, placement agent or client-facing experience within private equity, private credit, alternatives or a similarly high-quality financial environment; candidates from investment banking, consulting or a top accountancy firm may also be considered where they have directly relevant experience
  • A strong academic record and evidence of continued professional development
  • A strong understanding of private markets and global financial issues, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and engagingly to a diverse international audience
  • Excellent quantitative, qualitative, written and interpersonal skills, together with the judgement and confidence to operate with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Professional fluency in English is mandatory
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word; experience using an investor relations CRM is highly desirable
  • A proven ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership of deliverables and maintain exceptional standards under time pressure
