Role:
Finatal is mandated by a PE-backed insurance business, seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to support the FP&A Director by leading all forecasting, planning and budgeting activities across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Support the FP&A Director by leading forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes to drive strategic decision-making and financial performance.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across departments to understand business drivers, provide insights, and support decision-making processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the FP&A function, optimising processes and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Oversee systems implementations and enhancements across the finance function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business performance evaluations.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- ACA qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a financial services business is key.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to support the development of high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across functions and levels of the organisation.
