- Draft, review, and update HR policies, internal regulations, and employment documentation.
- Lead the implementation of a new working-hours framework, ensuring alignment across processes, systems, and employee communications.
- Manage employee representative consultation processes, including preparation of materials and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with legal advisors to ensure compliance across all employment-related initiatives.
- Support HRIS and process implementation associated with workforce policy changes.
- Develop and deliver communications for employees and managers in both French and English.
- Support organisational change programmes, advising on regulatory requirements, consultation obligations, and change management approaches.
- Act as a trusted advisor to local and international leadership teams during a period of transformation.
Your Background:
- 10+ years’ HR experience within France, including experience as a Senior HR Consultant, HR Director, Interim HR Director, HR Business Partner, or equivalent leadership role.
- Deep expertise in French labour law, working time regulations (durée du travail, forfait jours), and employee relations.
- Proven experience managing CSE information and consultation processes.
- Strong track record of implementing HR policy, working-time, or organisational change programmes.
- Experience within international, US-headquartered, or multinational organisations operating in France.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and French payroll processes.
- Telecom collective agreement experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
