Backed by top-tier private equity investors, the business reaches millions of users every month and is now investing significantly in operational transformation, growth acceleration and value creation.
This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy, transformation and private equity, driving high-impact workstreams within a household-name digital platform. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leadership, owning delivery on initiatives that materially move the needle on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver critical transformation workstreams within a group-wide programme, from design through to execution and measurable impact.
- Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives, coordinating across Product & Tech, Commercial, Finance, HR and local market leadership.
- Build and run robust PMO governance: clear prioritisation, tracking, reporting and executive-level visibility.
- Create board-level materials and performance dashboards that keep senior stakeholders aligned and accountable.
- Translate strategy into delivery, rolling up your sleeves to ensure outcomes are landed, not just designed.
What We’re Looking For
- Strategy consulting background (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger or equivalent), or comparable transformation experience. A blend of consulting and in-house transformation experience is a strong advantage.
- Based in Paris and fully fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience leading transformation workstreams in large consumer-facing technology or digital businesses (marketplaces, e-commerce, digital platforms).
- Strong PMO / workstream leadership skills, with the ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives alongside senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on, structured and execution-oriented – someone who owns delivery and outcomes, not just strategy.
