Finatal is working with a leading global, independent, advisory partner in alternative investments. Across offices in the US, Europe and Asia, the firm advises and assists on capital formation and liquidity solutions, including primary fundraising and secondaries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with European institutional investors, including pensions, endowments, foundations, insurance companies, family offices, and funds-of-funds.
- Responsible for understanding and clearly communicating client investment strategies and points of differentiation.
- Prepare for and participate in investor meetings, including managing follow-up and recording interactions in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Help coordinate investor outreach and roadshows for active fundraises.
- Contribute to identifying new pools of institutional capital and building engagement strategies.
- Draft and personalize investor correspondence.
- Track investor interest and fundraising activity using internal systems and reporting tools.
- Travel as needed to attend investor and client meetings.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in alternative investments, investor relations, or capital raising from a placement agent, GP, LP, investment bank, or top-tier consulting firm.
- Exposure to institutional investors and fundraising processes in private markets is highly valued. Especially relevant will be candidates with an existing network of LPs in Europe
