Charlie is a Managing Director, overseeing our Private Capital and Corporate Development practices. He has more than 15 years’ experience partnering with UK and European private equity and venture capital funds, and has built out numerous investment teams for many of the UK’s mid-market funds. He founded our Private Capital practice in 2020, growing the team to focus on investment, value creation and fundraising searches, working with clients from early-stage venture capital to large cap private equity internationally. Charlie is a regular contributor to industry initiatives, including leading the judging panel for the Real Deals Future 40 and serving on the judging panel for the Midmarket Future Leaders 2026, chairing panel discussions and acting as a spokesperson for private equity publications.
