Max is an Associate Partner in our Transformation practice. He joined the business in 2022 and has eight years’ experience of recruiting transformation hires across both the large-cap and PE backed SMEs. With a background supporting change agendas in listed multinationals, Max is also has developed an excellent track record in building teams pre-IPO.
Max focuses on interim mandates and has placed across the likes of Chief Transformation Officers, Carve-Out Directors, Integration Leads and PMO Directors in a wide spectrum of industries and PE funds.
