People Officer
Rosie is People Officer, responsible for the day-to-day running of the HR function, including coordinating training sessions, assisting with internal recruitment, supporting on employee engagement initiatives and wider HR responsibilities. Before working at Finatal, Rosie had just under two years’ experience as a recruitment consultant and holds a degree in Psychology from Swansea University.
