Tom Shenton

Tom is a Consultant in Finatal’s Transformation practice, where he places senior value creation and transformation professionals into interim roles across private equity-backed businesses in the UK and Europe. He typically works on mandates including Transformation Director, Head of PMO, PMO, Chief of Staff and strategy roles.

Tom graduated from Newcastle University with Upper Second-Class Honours in 2025.
