Fiskaly, a leading provider of fiscal cloud solutions backed by Verdane, engaged us to support the hire of a FP&A Lead in Vienna. Initially scoped as an FP&A Manager role, the brief quickly evolved into a more strategic and senior mandate.
This was a business-critical position requiring a unique blend of capabilities: leadership in financial planning and analysis, advanced data analytics expertise, the ability to build sophisticated financial models, and experience delivering Private Equity-ready reporting. The challenge lay in identifying candidates who could operate both strategically and technically within a high-growth, PE-backed environment.
