Private capital recruitment business Finatal is continuing to expand its US presence, making a key senior hire and opening a new office in New York City.
Monika Dowal has joined the team as Senior Vice President. She brings two decades of executive search experience, specializing in C-suite searches across private capital portfolio companies.
Managing Director and Board member Mark Sattin has relocated to New York to lead the business’s expansion across the US market. He is joined by Principal Consultants Jack Haire and James Harris.
