Finatal recognised in Best Places to Work by The Sunday Times

We are delighted to share that Finatal has been recognised in the prestigious Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work 2024.

This list recognises and celebrates the best employers in the UK. Companies selected demonstrated very high levels of employee engagement, job satisfaction, employee pride and empowerment and a commitment to wellbeing. Our team responded to a survey, developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics, and other independent parties to monitor engagement metrics. This is the first year that Finatal has entered the awards.

Paul Blant, Group Managing Director, said: “We are extremely proud to receive this recognition from The Sunday Times. Over the last year, we witnessed record revenue figures and profitability growth. We expanded our international teams, opened our first US office in New York, refreshed our values, enhanced our benefits and redeveloped our approach to training.”

He continued: “As a business, our mission is to build success for clients and candidates. We know that the best way to achieve this is by focusing on doing so within our own team. We are committed to continuing to cultivate a great place to work as we grow.”

Finatal is the search partner for private capital investors and their portfolio companies. We recruit world-class talent across international markets.
