We are seeking a Senior Associate/Vice President to join the Private Wealth group within the Client & Product Solutions team based in the London office.

This high-growth business, boasting a £400 million turnover, is aggressively pursuing expansion through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. To expedite their journey towards a highly successful exit within the next 18 months, they are seeking an Interim Finance Director with a proven track record in driving M&A activity.

I am looking for a Director of FP&A to join a PE-backed and fast-growing Insurance firm. You will be working directly with an outstanding CFO who has completed several Private Equity exits and who Finatal has a longstanding relationship with. Your key role will be leading the commercial arm of the company while they pursue continued growth.

This Board level appointment will be responsible for playing a hand-on role in driving all aspects of the deal cycle from origination to post-merger integration and synergy realisation. The Head of Corporate Development will ultimately be responsible for delivering growth via acquisitions, developing the existing team and M&A processes and controls, as well as working closely with the private equity sponsor, ensuring clear communication on M&A pipeline and KPIs.
