- Deliver insight on profitability, pricing, capital allocation, and operational efficiency, and partner with business leaders across the company
- Develop and track KPIs, and report performance to senior management
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, debt covenants, and liquidity, and work with lenders and investors
- Serve as the primary finance liaison to the PE sponsor
- Support M&A modeling and diligence, lead post-close integration, and track results against plan
- Own board and investor materials
- Build and mentor the finance team, and drive AI and automation adoption to reduce manual work and free up capacity for strategic analysis
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years in FP&A or financial analysis, 5+ in a leadership role
- PE-backed company experience preferred
- Asset management or financial services background strongly preferred, especially fee-based revenue, AUM-driven economics, and institutional client dynamics
- SaaS or subscription experience a plus (recurring revenue forecasting, net revenue retention)
- Advanced financial modeling, plus EPM/planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan), ERP (e.g., NetSuite), and Excel
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools to financial analysis and reporting
- M&A experience across diligence, valuation, and integration
- Comfort with large datasets and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
