He works with private equity firms and portfolio company leadership teams on senior technology and AI appointments, including Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Chief AI Officers, and Technology and AI Operating Partners. With over 15 years’ experience in technology and data recruitment, predominantly within private equity and venture capital-backed businesses, Mark brings a deep understanding of the leadership demands of investor-backed environments. His focus is on appointing executives who can translate technology and AI investment into operational improvement, scalable growth and measurable value creation.
