Jamie is a Partner in Finatal’s CFO Practice, advising private equity investors, founders and boards on critical finance leadership appointments. Over the last decade, he has built a market-leading network of CFOs and finance executives, with particular expertise in identifying leaders who can drive value creation in high-growth and PE-backed environments.
He specialises in CFO and senior finance searches across the investment lifecycle, including pre-deal planning, post-acquisition transformation, international expansion, buy-and-build strategies, refinancing and exit readiness. Jamie has successfully delivered mandates ranging from first-time CFO appointments through to experienced PE-backed operators who have completed multiple sponsor-backed growth journeys and exits.
