Jamie is a Partner and Head of CFO practice, delivering on searches for leading finance hires. Jamie joined the business in 2017 and has 13 years’ experience recruiting senior finance professionals. He joined to build our Permanent Finance practice, establishing an extremely high-quality network of finance directors and future CFOs before pivoting to our CFO team. Jamie leads searches for a wide range of industries and private equity owners – pre-deal, immediately post-deal, mid-cycle and leading up to exit. He has placed repeat PE operators with numerous exits, through to candidates stepping into their first CFO role or into their first PE-backed business.
