The practice is led by Nick Hague, a senior recruiter with over twenty years’ experience, including seven years at Finatal building and scaling high‑performing practices in the private equity ecosystem. We have fused our experience of placing Chairs, NEDs and Advisors into a consolidated Chair offering.
How we work
Every Chair search is run against clearly defined criteria known to be critical in PE-backed environments, with a focus on value creation, exits, and boardeffectiveness rather than simply “CV prestige”. Using our proven and time-tested Chair assessment framework (PRIME), our Chair Practice prioritises candidates who demonstrate each key trait. Each Chair candidate we interview is assessed and score carded against the below framework, providing a concise, one page overview of their suitability for each mandate.
